   :: About Us
    Founded in 1981, the New Mexico Brujos are a Division III Men's Rugby Football Club located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is a member of the Rio Grande Rugby Union.

The Brujos play for the love of the game. We feel everyone is important and we are very proud of our acceptance of new members regardless of rugby experience and we welcome them to our club. The clubs excellence on the field is matched by our off the field social activities and local community involvement.

The Brujos are always recruiting new players. All are welcome! We offer opportunities for all skill and experience levels. Whether you're a former college player, an active club player relocating to Albuquerque, a seasoned player at the twilight of your career, or brand spanking new to the sport, the Brujos want to offer you a home.

The Brujos are always looking for new players to join our team. The NM Brujos accepts players of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels. We are open to new members of any kind: young, seasoned or inexperienced alike. No experience is required. We will teach you. New players are welcome to join at any point in the season.

Our goal as a team is to win the Rio Grande Union Division II title and represent the RGRFU at the Westerns Rugby Championship and advance to win the US National DIII title. To be competitive, you will need to maintain your fitness on your own time as practice is used for skills and strategic training.

To join the Brujos, simply show up at one of our practices (link), and express an interest! Another way to join is to contact our recruitment director or our team coach. They can help answer any questions you might have.
